Remembering my cats

Pippi was inherited from Daniel’s ill grandfather and died a few years after the family moved into his house. Toffee, Daniel’s affectionate favourite, died while he was in Japan after accidents, surgeries, cancer, and leg amputation. Tiggs was rescued from a shed but died in a car accident; older Mimo’s apparent blindness improved somewhat with tablets.

Repeated cat deaths leave the house emotionally empty, while cost, work, and possible Japan travel constrain getting kittens.
