why i was unhappy living in Thailand

After nearly two years in Thailand, hand rashes, daily diarrhea, bloating, and fatigue made him unhappy; symptoms ended after leaving. He tentatively blames heat, water, or food; bottled water and self-cooking did not prevent diarrhea, while steroid cream controlled the rash. Despite no return this year, he may eventually revisit Thailand for its low cost, modern Bangkok, and friendlier atmosphere than Japan.

Thailand remains his preferred country over Japan, yet health and livability concerns now delay returning.
