Elden Ring Hand-to-Hand combat - How to Build a FIRE FISTS Monk Build (Shadow of the Erdtree Build)

Fire Monk setup uses Fire-affinity Palm Blast, four damage talismans, Flameshrouding and Bloodsucking Tears, Golden Vow, and Flame, Grant Me Strength. Buffed Palm Blast dealt about 10,000–11,000 damage, occasionally 12,000, frequently one- shotting enemies. Bloodsucking initially beat Oil-Soaked Tear, but oil later reached 11,000; Ritual Sword and Shabriri’s Howl offered no clear improvement.

Optimization remains experimental, with health drain, FP shortages, lost staggering, and inconsistent numbers preventing a definitive best configuration.
