A fun day with my wife in Nara -)

A teasing exchange over $200 Apple AirPods preceded Daniel and his wife’s Nara outing, where they fed deer near temples. He found Nara crowded and disappointingly food-poor, saying he had eaten nothing all day and comparing Japan unfavorably with England. They ate wagyu, an egg, miso soup, and beer; his $25 meal cost $10 more than hers but tasted similar.

Affectionate companionship continues, but money, food, and paying remain sources of playful domestic friction.
