How I got bullied at school
Space play/pause · J/L seek 10s · [ ] previous/next
Summary
After moving schools at 11, Daniel became isolated and endured racial abuse, name-calling, tripping, slaps, and snow-dragging until 15–16. Three or four friends reduced the bullying; he now attributes vulnerability to isolation and a negative, resentful personality. He told his father only in his mid-20s, rejected relocation as a solution, and links bullying to YouTube “thick skin.”
Insight
He reframes bullying as both formative trauma and professional resilience, but says enduring hostility toward people remains.
