HTC 10 - a huge disappointment

Unboxed £500 HTC 10; admired metal design, front-camera stabilization and video pause, but found the in-ear earphones uncomfortable. He factory-reset it after two hours without transferring footage, losing test video; over- sharpened skin, absent smoothing, and microphone hiss prompted return. He preferred LG G5’s cleaner audio, wide-angle lens, skin processing, and much lower price; HTC’s sole advantage was stabilization.

This continues a pattern of costly gear excitement reversing after hands-on tests expose practical shortcomings.
